We ship using the United States Postal Service. We offer Priority Mail Express 2-Day and Priority Mail 2-3 Day services with insurance. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. Priority Mail Express is guaranteed 2 day delivery by 3 pm, while Priority Mail is 2-3 day delivery. International shipping time varies based on destination and is not guaranteed.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. ARO only ships packages Monday through Friday.
We ship internationally to nearly anywhere USPS services at a flat rate cost of $30.00. ARO is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally. If the customer turns away the package at customs, they are responsible for any charges that ARO may inflict.

In-store jewelry purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. The goods must be free from wear, stains, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. All SALE items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY:
Web returns are eligible for a refund.
ARO will gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. ARO will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the ARO returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.
SALE ITEMS –
All sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return. Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by ARO.

Our jewelry is sold in as is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from ARO incurs damage, please return it. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
